Brian White won Vet 50 Gold at the punishing Ballbuster Duathlon based around Boxhill in Surrey. With yet another PB Brian managed to dip under 3 hours for the first time to finish in 2:57:26 and 17^th place overall.

The punishing course comprised of an 8 mile run including Boxhill, 3 times around the same lap on the bike for 24 miles and then to finish a further 8 mile lap taking in the hill for the 5^th time!
