Worcester Winter Aquathlon
400m pool swim/5K XC run 5th December
FVS TRI couple Kevin Holt and Ellie Burton competed in what must surely be the last multisport event of the 2004 season.
Kevin was an impressive 8th overall male (6th in 20/24 age group) with a 5:22 swim and a 20:34 cross country run to give an overall time of 25:56.
Ellie swam a massive 6:36 PB for the 400m swim and then ran 25:39 to finish 13th overall female (10th 20/24 age group)
