FVS TRI member Brian White was 4th Vet at “The Ballbuster Duathlon” based around Boxhill in Surrey, improving 13 minutes on his previous best to finish in 3:01:11, despite the crisp cold conditions. Brian was 27th overall from 284 finishers.
The punishing course comprised of an 8 mile run including Boxhill, 3 times around the same lap on the bike for 24 miles and then to finish a further 8 mile lap taking in the hill for the 5th time!
New member Ed Corbett finished in 3:52:44 and was an excellent 222nd
