Triathlon Results

 

3 Spartans swam in the river at Bedford in the Bedford Classic Triathlon.

Pete Hanslow and new member Sarah Cannon were competing in their first Olympic distance event, whilst Jon Gillham improved by over 5 minutes on his performance last year to finish a very creditable 25th overall and 6th in age group.

On Monday Sandra Ladiges was competing in Saffron Walden in the Walden Triathlon.  She was 8th overall and winner of her age group in the 750m pool based swim, 28k bike and 5k off road run
