SPARTAN SUCCESS IN SPAIN

On Sunday 11th May two Fairlands Valley Spartans Club members were representing Great Britain in the 35-39 Age Group in the Long Distance Triathlon Championship 2003 Ibiza Spain.

The Triathlon event consisted of a 4km swim in the Mediterranean Sea, a 120km bike ride and a 30km run.

Adam was 95th/458 finishers and 17th in the 35-39  Age Group championships in a total time of 6 hours 55 mins with Gavin just behind in117th overall and 19th in age group in a time of 7hours 03.
