How do I start?
Of course you
require a bike, preferably a racing bike with drop handlebars and narrow
tyres, you do, to a certain degree, only get what you pay for but you can
get something good on a reasonable budget, before you buy you need to
make sure the bike fits (even if buying new) and is safe.
If you are a member there are plenty with technical knowledge of bikes to
give you the best advice. You
will of course require a helmet to participate at any of our training
rides, appropriate clothing for all weathers and above all we recommend
proper cycling shoes and pedals as they make a huge difference over
trainers, contact Trisports for
your cycling needs.
